Privacy

What this website does with your data, which is close to nothing, and where to find the policy that covers the products themselves.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing you type into the contact form is sent to or stored on this site — the form opens a message in your own email program, and you decide whether to send it.

The products are a different matter: they hold real customer data, and each one has its own privacy policy. This page covers the website only.

What this website collects

  • Cookies: none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • Analytics: none. We do not measure visits to these pages with any third-party service.
  • The contact form: the fields are assembled into a draft email in your own mail program. This site does not receive, transmit or keep a copy.
  • Server logs: the web server that delivers these pages keeps standard technical records — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and diagnostics. They are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.
  • Images: the photographs on this site are served from our own domain. No content is loaded from advertising networks or social platforms.

If you email us

We keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use it to answer you and for nothing else: we do not add enquiries to a mailing list, we do not profile them, and we do not sell or share them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@logic-software.ae and we will answer. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.

The products

Our applications hold personal data belonging to our customers and to their customers — names, jobs, signatures, photographs, and locations recorded at the start and end of a job. That data is stored in the European Union under the GDPR, and access and erasure are functions inside the applications themselves.

Where we process that data, we do so as a processor on behalf of the customer, who remains the controller. Each product publishes its own policy, and that policy is the one that governs it:

Changes

If this ever stops being true — if we add analytics, or a form that really submits — this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
